You can find the product you want by typing the product name or product code in the Search field located in the upper right corner of the page. At the same time, you can easily find the products you are looking for by using the " Filter " options in the menu on the left side of the category pages.
How Can I Shop?
Shopping from Sementa.com is very safe and easy.
You can add the products you want to buy to your cart with the " Add to Cart " button, and complete your shopping by clicking the " Checkout " button for the product(s) you view on the cart page and following the relevant purchasing steps.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you want to cancel the product you purchased, you can call our customer service line at 0312 736 36 82 between 08:30 - 17:30 or write to our Whatsapp line.
If your product has not been shipped yet, your order processing will be stopped and your return process will be initiated.
Return procedures will apply to your orders that have been shipped. Once the product reaches us, your return process will begin and your refund will be made within 5 business days.

Can I Make Changes to My Order?
Your orders reach us automatically and your payment transactions are made automatically through the system.
Since payment terms cannot be intervened, it will not be possible to add products to your order.
If you wish, you can cancel your current order and create a new order.
Following the cancellation of your order, your refund will be processed and your refund will be made within 5 business days.

In order for your request to be processed, you must not exceed your 14-day legal refund period.

How and When Will Refund Receive in Case of Cancellation/Return?
After the product is returned or canceled, the amount to be refunded will be refunded according to the payment method you made.
When returning your purchases in installments, the refund amount will be reflected in your account in installments. This procedure may vary depending on banks and card features, you need to contact your bank for detailed information.
For transactions purchased in cash by credit card or debit card, the refund will be reflected in your account at once. If your payment was made by credit card, the refund amount will be deposited to your card account.
Refunds of payments made via wire transfer/Eft method will be made to your IBAN account. You can send your IBAN number by calling our customer service line at 0312 736 36 82 between 08:30 - 17:30 .

When will my order be given to cargo?
As Sementa, it is important and valuable for us to deliver your orders quickly and smoothly.
For this reason, your orders are prepared and delivered to cargo within 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped within the next business day.
Due to the density during discount periods, shipping time varies between 2-4 business days.
Which Cargo Company Do You Work With?
We work with Mng Kargo and Yurtiçi Kargo to ship your orders.
Will I Pay Shipping Fees for My Order?
You do not pay shipping fees for your purchases of 750₺ or more from sementa.com. The delivery fee for orders under 750₺ is determined as 29.90₺ .
Will I Pay Shipping Fees for Returns?
If you choose Mng Cargo or Yurtiçi Cargo, which we have an agreement with, you will not pay any shipping fee.
If you want to send with a different cargo company, the shipping fee will be covered by you.
Do You Ship Abroad?
Shipping is available all over the world.
There are no refunds or exchanges for purchases made outside Türkiye.
How Can I Track My Cargo Status?
When your order is shipped, you will be sent an informative SMS or e-mail. You can follow the status of your cargo by clicking on the cargo tracking link in the e-mail.
At the same time, after logging in to sementa.com , you can view the latest status of your order and track your cargo movements from the " My Orders " section in your account.
I want to change my order delivery address, how can I do?
To change the delivery address for your order, you need to call our customer service line at 0312 736 36 82 .
If your order has not been processed, shipping will be made to your new address. Since we cannot change the address for orders that have been processed, you need to contact the relevant cargo branch.
RETURN PROCEDURES
What are the Return Conditions?
If you want to return your product, the product packaging must be intact, the product must be unused and the label must not be removed.
The product(s) must be sent to us unused and undamaged as a result of misuse. Returns of products with impaired resaleability will not be accepted.
You can return your products that meet the above conditions. Due to the relevant law and hygiene conditions , underwear products cannot be returned.
What is your return period?
According to the " Right of Withdrawal Without Reason " article in the Consumer Law, you can return the product within the first fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. For returns due to any defect arising from the product, the period is 30 days. In cases exceeding this period, no refund will be made.
What are your Product Return Steps?
In order to initiate your return process, the " Return " section on your E-Archive invoice sent with your order must be filled in completely and sent to us.
You can send your returned products free of charge by specifying the customer code "412073080" with Mng Kargo or "329324430" with Yurtiçi Kargo.
If you want to ship with different cargo companies, the shipping fee must be covered by you. Following the receipt of your returned product, if no error is detected due to use after examination by our officials, the product price will be refunded to your account or card.
*Products for which information is not provided within 14 days after delivery or whose saleability is impaired will not be refunded by Sementa.
